Hemorrhoids

Treatment & Prevention
The best way to prevent hemorrhoids is to 1) keep stools soft so they pass easily, thus decreasing pressure and straining, 2) to empty bowels as soon as possible after the urge occurs and 3) keep your veins strong. Exercise, including walking, and increased fiber in the diet help reduce constipation and straining by producing stools that are softer and easier to pass. Both are non-surgical outpatient procedures with high success rates and few complications. In addition, make sure you are drinking enough water to stay fully hydrated. The aortic extract produced far better results in both hemorrhoids and varicose veins.
